What is Redbarn Cash?
Redbarn Cash is essentially cashback on your subscription purchases that can be used at redbarn.com for future subscription orders or one-time purchases.
What are the free gifts?
The gifts will be automatically sent out on your 3rd order, 7th order then randomly for as long as you are subscribed. The gifts are up to a $15 value and will vary between treats, chews, new products and Redbarn swag!
When will my credit card be processed?
On the day of your delivery schedule, your order will be processed and your card will be charged.
Can I adjust the processing date?
Yes! You can adjust the processing date for what works best for you (and your dog), as long as you make the changes on your online account or reach out to a customer service representative before the order is processed. Orders are usually shipped within 3 days of processing.
Will my pricing change?
All products are subject to price changes. Prices may slightly increase or decrease depending on the market pricing. For any substantial price changes, you will be notified by email.
Can I skip an order?
Of course! If you are still fully stocked from your previous order, you can push out your upcoming order. Just sign into your account online or reach out via chat, email [email protected] or call (800) 775-3849 to our customer service team.
How do I cancel? Is there a cancelation fee?
There is no cancelation fee and you can cancel anytime! Simply log in to your online account to cancel or reach out to one of our customer service team members through email [email protected], chat on our website, or give us a call(800) 775-3849.Please note, this must be done before your order is processed.
Can I adjust my subscription?
Yes! You can adjust the delivery dates, the products, the amount of products, you can add products, take off products. This subscription is built to be flexible for you and your furry family member! All adjustments can be made by signing into your online account or by reaching out to one of our customer service team members through email [email protected], chat on our website, or give us a call(800) 775-3849.Please note, these changes must be made before your order is processed.
Will I get a notification before my next shipment?
Yes, 5 days before your order is processed you will receive an email to your email address on file notifying you of the upcoming subscription order. Between this time and before your order ships you are free to make any needed adjustments.

Which shipping carriers are used?
We use either USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the package weight and location of delivery.
How do I change my payment method on file?
Simply log in to your subscription account and at the top of your page, there will be a section to click Payment Method. Once that is selected, select Edit and this will allow you to update the credit card on file.

What if the item in my subscription shows out of stock?
We try our best to keep your dog's favorites in stock, but occasionally items can temporarily go out of stock. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified via email when the order processing date is set to occur. As soon as the product is back in stock your order will be processed.
Can I add a one-time purchase item to my upcoming subscription?
Yes! If your dog was especially adorable and you want to treat them to something extra... you can add a one-time purchase item to your upcoming subscription. Simply log in to your subscription account, select the item you want to be included in your upcoming order, and choose the One-time purchase option. That item will be included in your upcoming subscription, but not the following reoccurring orders.
