My puppy’s fave
My dog is obsessed!! He’s 16 months, 24lbs, mini Australian labradoodle. These are his new fave treats — he really loves the crunch. It’s helped us with our training classes a ton to have a treat that motivates him so much since he’s usually not very food motivated. He’s even learned the phrase protein puff already lol. 10/10. Not sure why but he prefers the peanut butter to the cheese flavor. He’ll still happily eat the cheese, but the PB is #1 by far.

These smell really good! I didn’t taste one but I kind of wanted to after smelling it 😂 my puppy loves these and I like that they have protein in them so I don’t have to think too hard about her macros. I also think it’s good for her to experience different textures; so many treats seem chewy and these ones have a nice crunch for her and remind me of a dog equivalent of puffy Cheetos 🙂

My dog goes nuts for these protein puffs!
I always have a few bags of these protein puffs on hand for my ~11lb Maltipoo "Eins" (short for Einstein). Puppy pic attached for posterity. He loves these as rewards or treats or when we go on a car ride to get him groomed (or pick him up from a grooming session). I always keep some in my pockets when I take him for a walk, or use them in the house to distract him from whatever's going on, maybe by tossing a small handful in the kitchen, letting them scatter and him go hunt down everything he can find.He loves the cheese flavored ones the most, and I get why - they smell and taste (cmon, you know we all do it) like cheesey puff balls. However, the cheese ones are covered in orange cheese dust so they don't make for good pocket snacks. The other varieties aren't covered in powder so they don't make the inside of your pocket look like a cheddar nightmare.Either way, he loves all the varieties, and I love him, so he gets these often. :)
Our go-to treat
I use these protein puffs both with my own dog Poppi and my mom's dog Sunny. They're small enough that you can train with and they have a satisfying crunch. Sunny gets them as her only treat and also as a small topper to her meals. She loves them. Poppi is crazy about them too. Highly recommended.
